Hi, I’m Autumn!

I’m an artist and author creating in the Pacific Northwest. My work is deeply inspired by rainy days, foggy ferry crossings, lush green forests, sea kelp tangled along rocky shorelines, towering evergreens, mountain views, and the quiet mystery woven through this region.
I love creating stories through both art and words. Whether I’m writing atmospheric fiction, nature journaling, sketching what I notice outdoors, or sharing reflections from everyday life, I’m always guided by curiosity and a desire to pay closer attention.
I once read that one of the keys to happiness is remembering what you loved to do as a child and continuing it into adulthood. What made you lose track of time? What filled your imagination before the world told you to be practical?
For me, it was always storytelling, drawing what I discovered outside, wandering through forests and shorelines, and creating worlds shaped by wonder, weather, and mystery. I spent countless hours sketching, writing, imagining, and exploring — often outdoors, often alone, and almost always curious.
As I’ve grown older, I’ve realized the most meaningful part of creating is sharing it with others. My hope is that my stories and artwork inspire you to slow down, notice the world more closely, and reconnect with curiosity, creativity, and wonder.
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
